ROSEHIP RECIPE IN PROGRESS

IMG_4571

Rosehip is the fruit of the rose and it’s scientific name is Rosa rugosa and belongs to the rose family.

There’re many benefits connected to consuming Rosehip.

One is a high content of vitamin C when consumed fresh.

Rosehip is also used for stomach disorders from spasms, acid deficiency, diarrhoea to constipation.

And furthermore, overall research suggests that Rosehip is beneficial for people with osteoarthritis.

We try to use the whole Rosehip including the seeds as the seeds contain oil rich in oleic, linoleic and lenolenic acid which are essential fatty acids.

Keep an eye up for the recipe, coming soon.
