SMOOTHIE WITH BLACK CURRANT

This morning I added homegrown black currants from the freezer to my smoothie bowl I was making. I topped it with homemade grain free granola.

Delicious and a great boost of vitamin C.

The smoothie bowl also contains avocado, banana, collagen protein powder, green powder, coconut milk powder, water, chia seeds and a little psyllium husk.

SUSHI WITH QUINOA

SUSHI WITH QUINOA

Last nights sushi leftovers for lunch today including for our son in his lunchbox. He was very excited about getting sushi in his lunchbox.

First boil the quinoa. Then cool it and mix it with a little apple cider vinegar. Mix tuna with mayo (free from seed oils). Now roll quinoa with cucumber and avocado, in nori wrappers.

Very delicious and satisfying! Plus it’s easy to make!
