FISH SOUP – A FAVOURITE
Before I tasted fish soup I thought I didn’t like it. Then I tried to make it myself and I loved it including our three year old son.
I’ve now made it about ten times and I make it from scratch from the left over bones, skin and head.
I like using spring onions, garlic, thyme, zucchinis and tomatoes.
This time I sautéed the veggies in smoked pig fat and yum yum yum.
