SATURDAY BREAKFAST

SATURDAY BREAKFAST

Do you also love the feeling when it feels like eating out for breakfast but you’re actually sitting in your own home

This Saturday morning breakfast is organic avocado, eggs, raw cacao powder, dried cranberries sweetened with apple juice, a pinch of salt and a little coconut blossom syrup.

I whipped the egg whites separately and mixed the other ingredients in my Thermomix. You can use a food processor, nutrient bullet or any other high speed blender. Fold the mix with the stiff egg whites.

Drizzled with activated walnuts, fresh blueberries and freeze dried raspberries.

A green smoothie on the side.
