NEW MINIMAL SHOES WITH TOE ROOM

NEW MINIMAL SHOES WITH TOE ROOM

Are you enjoying your shoes?

I’m enjoying my new minimal shoes from Lems Shoes. More room for my toes compared to most traditional shoes.

They’re very comfortable, light, breathable and without a positive heel.

It’s wellness for my feet and they look great!

It’s an everyday cure for my feet and whole body. Whole-body movement starts at your feet (or arms when hanging).

Are you looking after your feet? I recommend that you do. The rest of your body depends on it!

I love to be barefooted but when I can’t, I go for minimal shoewear. Being barefooted or wearing minimal shoes assist in natural movement. Allowing your body to more naturally and how your body is designed to move.

YES! TO A MORNING WALK

YES! TO A MORNING WALK

I try to encourage our son to be outdoors a lot so I don’t say no when my son asks me to come with him outside on an early Saturday morning.

We both get out and move. In addition, I get to move with extra load as I pull the sledge on a long walk.

We also explore and identify tracks in the snow from different animals, birds flying overhead and fungi that we find on the way.

PLASTIC FREE CHRISTMAS DECORATION

PLASTIC FREE CHRISTMAS DECORATION

Beautiful Christmas decorations using only natural materials.

I think that this is a great way to avoid or reduce plastic and use things that might already be around you.

It was a great little family adventure spending time in nature collecting pine cones and branches and organising the decoration together.
