JERUSALEM ARTICHOKE & CARROT SOUP

I made this delicious soup with jerusalem artichokes, carrots and cauliflower using this recipe as a guide.

I didn’t have any lime juice and zest so instead I used 4 drops of lime essential oil. Beautiful favour!
