As soon as my hubby has left for Vancouver I’m moving into his office, using his standing desk 😉 It’s hard to stand still on his squishy floor mat which is the whole point. I’m also trying out his “standing resting chair” from Focal Upright Furniture I often sit on the floor working on my laptop but I would like to stand a little more and build some more strength for standing.
Sitting on the floor has been great for my hip and knee flexibility which has been great for my “not so flexible” hips and knees 😉
