The reason that you feel so relaxed and balanced after spending time at the beach is because your body becomes replenished with vital minerals from the salt water. It’s better than a bath with Epsom salts
The salt water and sand will also ground you as you absorb the earth’s free electrons. These elections are negatively charged and therefore balance your body out with the positive charged free radicals that we’re exposed to daily.
Furthermore, you’ll boost your vitamin D levels and all the other benefits from the natural light like the circadian rhythms.
On top of this, it’s a great way to spend time in nature that makes me feel connected and calm.
