HOW TO EASILY & NATURALLY DETOX EVERY MORNING

For over three years my partner and I’ve had a warm lemon drink sprinkled with cayenne pepper and cinnamon every morning. Even our two year old son will ask for sips of our drink and he keeps coming back even though he might have to pull faces 🙂

This drink will cleanse your body every single day safely and naturally. It’ll make you feel great and it’ll get you buzzing for the day.

This morning ritual provides a super stimulant to your main detoxing organ in the body, the liver. Your liver will release uric acid and create bile to safely eliminate environmental and lifestyle toxins that would otherwise be trapped in your digestive system longer. Combining cayenne with lemon will kick your metabolism up a notch and adding cinnamon helps to stabilise your blood sugar.

You want to drink it as the first thing in the morning on a empty stomach. In my home, the first one up makes the warm lemon drink. If you’re busy in the morning I recommend placing a lemon, a cup half filled with water and spices on the counter the night before as well as filling up the kettle with water. The next morning you can then quickly turn on the kettle, squeeze the lemon and top up the cup with boiling water.

I love taking my warm lemon drink with me into the shower!

One warm lemon drink:

1/2 lemon squeezed
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup boiling water
sprinkle cayenne pepper (optional)
sprinkle cinnamon (optional)

NOTE: don’t squeeze the lemon directly into the boiling water as it will destroy the live enzymes in the lemon. If you are worried about your teeth you can drink it with a stainless steel straw.
