HOMEMADE TOOTH WHITENING MOUTHWASH
The last couple of times I’ve made this mouthwash I’ve added On-Guard. On-Guard is a protective blend of essential oils like wild orange, clove, cinnamon, eucalyptus and rosemary.
Wild orange – excellent for disinfecting and killing fungus and pathogens.
Clove bud – excellent to relieve tooth aches and has antibiotic and anti fungal properties.
Cinnamon bark – also relieves pain and is antibacterial and antimicrobial.
Eucalyptus and rosemary leaf – also work as a disinfectant and has antibacterial properties. Is a great mouth freshener.
My mouth feels so fresh and clean afterward.
• 1/4 cup 3% food grade peroxide
• 3/4 cup water, boiled and cooled
• 8 drops On-Guard essential oil or peppermint, clove or myrrh.
Keep in a dark glass bottle as peroxide degrades in light!
